It’s when the characters who are in the book have the same habit/hobbie’s/relationships as the reader

What does making text-to-text connections mean?

It’s when the text in the book relates to text in another book like say books have different episodes the text in those books would relate to 1 or more characters

What does making text-to-world connections mean?

Its when the book means something to the world like different animals like bees, lions, tigers etc or like global warming.
